40150 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read carefully before using 40150's services. This document outlines the rights, responsibilities and rules that apply to all registered users in Malaysia.

Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using any services provided by 40150, you hereby agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this Terms & Conditions document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 40150 as the platform operator. Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically upon completing the account registration process or continuing to use any feature on this platform.
40150 reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published to this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 40150 services, you are required to register a valid account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account active. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
You must be at least 18 years to register and use this platform. 40150 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close accounts that do not meet this minimum age requirement.
Your account password is entirely your responsibility. You are advised to:
- Use a strong, unique password of at least eight (8) characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Not share your login credentials with any other party.
- Notify 40150 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
40150 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
40150 users agree to use this platform responsibly and to comply with all stipulated rules. Use of the platform is strictly limited to lawful entertainment purposes only.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes.
- Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation or identity falsification.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical bugs for personal gain.
- Harassing or threatening other users or 40150 staff.
- Engaging in any money laundering activities through this platform.
- Transferring funds between user accounts without official authorisation from 40150.
40150 complies with applicable Malaysian law and reserves the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. All activity on this platform is recorded and may be reviewed at any time deemed necessary.
Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 40150 platform are conducted using Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring all payment information provided is accurate and valid before confirming any transaction.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and can be reviewed in the user account section. 40150 reserves the right to apply varying processing times depending on the chosen payment method.
Important information regarding transactions:
- All successful deposits are final and non-reversible except in exceptional circumstances approved by 40150 management.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the payment method and verification requirements.
- 40150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions are the sole responsibility of the user.
If you notice any suspicious or unrecognised transactions in your account, contact the 40150 support team immediately through the available channels.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
40150 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses incurred by users arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to: service disruptions, technical errors, transaction delays, or unauthorised account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 40150 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or technical errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
40150 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- There is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- The user failed to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period of time.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the 40150 customer support team. Any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all checks have been completed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 40150 platform — including logos, interface design, graphics, text, software and game materials — is the exclusive property of 40150 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or reproduce any content without prior written consent from 40150.
Third-Party Links
The 40150 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 40150 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms of service.
Changes to Terms
40150 reserves the right to modify, add or remove any provision in these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia in force. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 40150 platform shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian court jurisdiction.
